Hello everyone! We are excited you decided to join us on this new adventure. Lindsay (my wife) and I have been exploring whiskeys for a few years now and have really enjoyed where the journey has taken us. We finally decided it would be a good idea to write down some of our favorite stories and experiences to share with family and friends, but we are happy you are now included on that list!​

One of our favorite parts about whiskey is the conversations you have, and the people you meet along the way. All tasting sessions are more fun with people because it allows you to discuss all the different tastes and smells you experience and learn how others may differ. Usually, as you enjoy a whiskey, other topics are discussed as well from good books, to different types of movies, to comic book heroes. Lindsay and I have dedicated a small section of our home to a collection of whiskeys to help promote that kind of environment. We called it The Highland Fox. We have enjoyed this space so much, that taking the concept of it and making it digital seemed like the next step so we hopefully can learn from you all as well!

There is only one rule and it is the best advice I ever got when I started learning about whiskey. Don't be ashamed to drink whiskey the way you like to drink it! Just because it is recommended neat does not mean you are a terrible person if you put it on ice or even mix it with Diet Cherry Coke!  Whiskey is about enjoying the experience and the company you are with so enjoy it the way you want to enjoy it.
